Spectacular event at the Sewells this week

The Sewell's are experiencing a spectacular event this week.  Ralph has nurtured and cared for his grandmother's Night Blooming Cereus for years. Night Blooming Cereus is the common name referring to a large number of flowering cacti that bloom once a year for a single night.   This year has been especially exciting with 33 blooms waiting to open.  The flowers always open after nightfall, reach their full bloom by 10:00pm, and are wilted by dawn the following morning.  They are mostly white with a delicate fragrance. Give Lynette a call for daily updates.
